Melanie is such a skilled coloring professional. She listens so carefully and is incredibly precise with her execution. I was referred to Melanie by a friend after being told my permed human hair wig was irreparably damaged. Despite my best efforts w/the knowledge I had from the shop I purchased it from, it had developed a pretty severe knot/matted clump that I could NOT fix. I was devastated & extremely discouraged. Melanie not only fixed my wig without judgment or criticism but showed me immeasurable compassion throughout the process. After reviewing photos, Melanie gave me several potential options & reassured me throughout the entire process without giving me false expectations. Once fixed, she was unbelievably efficient in returning it to me - I am long-distance & from the day I mailed my wig to the day I received it back in perfect condition was only 1 week!! On top of her amazing speed + perfect work, she took time to educate me on proper wig care & the correct products to use for longevity & appearance (I’d been both uneducated & miseducated by the establishment I’d purchased from). What impressed me beyond the time Melanie took to educate me was how professional she was in not criticizing the establishment I’d purchased from. I never felt judged by Melanie - it’s clear how passionate she is about wigs & teaching proper wig care. I will absolutely purchase my next wig from Wasatch Wigs & cannot recommend Melanie enough! Her compassion, knowledge, & professionalism set her apart.
